Ms. Sun comes to us, thanks to her breeder Sandy of Chambray Labradors. Sun received her National Championship on June 10, 2007. (after a 2 day fierce competition with many other Labradors, some of which were her littermates) We will be going back in the ring next spring-summer to achieve her International Championship. Watch for her in the AKC show rings in the upcoming seasons.

She is from "BREATHTAKING" lines, her sire being the GREAT AKC BISS Champion Lewis and her dam Bella who is also an AKC champion (Ms. Bella is the most loving girl you would ever want to meet, such a calm and loving personality, she always welcomes you and will love you like no other) Ms. Sun will take OVER the show circuit..she is the "CAT'S MEOW or sorry I mean the Dog's Bark" she is the the most loving and gorgeous yellow baby that you would have ever met......her whole aura is one of a "GREAT BEING" Yes she will and does rule our household...she our "LITTLE PISTOL". Sun was "thankfully" placed in our hearts and home in April of 2007. She will rule our home for now and for EVER....she loves to give kisses to us, our children and of course all the other doggies..she is a very SMART and a very LOVING baby, we want to thank Sandy for allowing us to place her on our bed, our couch and most importantly, place her in our HEARTS!!! (SHE IS ONE SPECIAL LITTLE BABY)

About Sun's Name:

Suna is named after the Norse Goddess of the Sun, also known as Sól, though some hold that Sól is the mother and Sunna Her daughter. In Norse mythology, the Sun is female while the Moon is male. When the world was created from the body of the dead giant Ymir by the triad of Odin, Vili, and Ve, the Sun, Moon and Stars were made from the gathered sparks that shot forth from Muspellsheim, the Land of Fire.

Sól ("Mistress Sun"), drives the chariot of the Sun across the sky every day. Pulled by the horses Allsvinn ("Very Fast") and Arvak ("Early Rising"), the Sun-chariot is pursued by the wolf Skoll. It is said that sometimes he comes so close that he is able to take a bite out of the Sun, causing an eclipse. Sol's father is Mundilfari, and She is the sister of Måni, the Moon-god, and the wife of Glaur or Glen ("Shine"). As Sunna, She is a healer.
